Brief Introduction

Hürrem Sultan Foundation for Solidarity and Cooperation is a non-governmental organization operating in the fields of humanitarian aid, social responsibility, and solidarity both domestically and internationally, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Türkiye. Inspired by the charitable and foundation-based legacy of Hürrem Sultan, the wife of Ottoman Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent, our Foundation aims to preserve and sustain the traditional culture of charitable foundations, strengthen the role of women in serving society, and reach communities in need through a sustainable approach to doing good.

Activities

Operating in the fields of humanitarian aid and social solidarity, our Foundation carries out the following main activities:
Delivering humanitarian aid to people in need both domestically and internationally.
Implementing food, education, healthcare, and social support projects.
Providing support to orphans, children, women, and families in need.
Developing and implementing water well and clean water projects.
Supporting mosque and places of worship projects.
Conducting emergency relief activities in disaster and crisis-affected areas.
Supporting the active participation of women in social life and humanitarian aid activities.
Carrying out cooperation and solidarity initiatives with national and international non-governmental organizations.
Conducting activities aimed at passing the culture of charity and charitable foundations on to future generations.
